Upcycled eyeglass lens

I just found a way to re-use eyeglass lenses- as stamp block for small transparent stamps I bought online. Shown are upcycled scrap papers turned into small memo pads. I was looking for ways to maximize my stamps and cut this small dove from a bigger stamp. But since I ran out of glass blocks a long, long time ago, I turned to the stack of materials for upcycling and lo! Cut stamp, remove the eyeglass peripherals, stick with double-sided tissue tape, then stick stamp on the lens on the convex side. The convex shape also helps hold the sides better. Necessity - the mother of invention.
